Fansipan Mountain: Vietnam

For mountain climbers, Fansipan Mountain is one of the best for mountain climbing. This resort is currently ranked number 12 in the list of New Seven Wonders of the world. Fansipan Mountain is located 9 miles south-west of Sapa in the Hoang Lien Mountain Townlet Range. Fansipan is branded "Roof of Indochina" which rises to an altitude 3143 m. Fansipan has been proposed to be one of the few places eco-tourism of Vietnam, with about 2024 varieties of flowers and fauna of 327 species.

Peak of Fansipan is accessible all year round. The best time to make the ascent is from mid October to mid November, and again in March, when the flowers grow and the climbers may behold a brilliant carpet of flowers, violets and orchids, rhododendrons and aglaias. Fansipan Mountain also contains fields such as Banawe famous terraced rice paddies in the Philippines.
